Printed Circuit Board Assembly

We take the stress out of manufacturing your Printed Circuit Board Assemblies. Whether you need surface mount technology or through-hole, our expert team delivers precision and efficiency at every stage. With advanced manufacturing capabilities and strict quality standards, we bring your electronic products to life—so you can stay focused on innovation.

SMT Assembly

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is an advanced, automated process for placing, mounting, and soldering electronic components directly onto a printed circuit board (PCB). Unlike traditional hardwiring methods, SMT components are engineered for direct mounting, allowing for efficient assembly and compact, high-performance designs.

We adhere to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 (when required) to deliver exceptional quality and reliability. Specializing in RoHS compliance, we prioritize both performance and environmental responsibility. Our cutting-edge SMT lines accommodate PCB sizes up to 20” x 18”, with each board undergoing meticulous inspection processes, including Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), and X-Ray analysis, to guarantee precision and dependability.
