Prototyping Solutions for Electronic Product Development

Electronic Prototyping process.

Electronic prototyping plays a key role in speeding up product launches and uncovering potential issues early in the process. We bring your ideas to life by designing and building prototypes, giving you the freedom to focus on other key areas of your business.

Each prototype undergoes rigorous functionality testing by our team before being delivered to the customer for additional testing. This collaborative process ensures any necessary updates are identified and implemented efficiently.

The objective is to provide prototypes fabricated using the actual manufacturing process, ensuring that any potential manufacturing issues are detected and corrected before production.

Optional Regulatory and Environmental Testing

Our optional comprehensive regulatory testing for electronic prototypes ensures compliance with industry standards and certifications and includes:

  • FCC Compliance:  Verifies that electronic devices, meet the regulatory standards set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States, ensuring they operate within specified electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radio frequency (RF) emissions and do not cause harmful interference with other electronic devices nearby.
  • UL Certification: indicates that a product has been tested and meets safety standards and is designed to comply with national or international requirements.  It provides consumers with peace of mind that a product is safe to use and won’t pose any health risks or fire hazards.
  • CE Testing: Is a process to verify that a product meets the European Union’s (EU) health, safety, and environmental standards, allowing manufacturers to affix a CE mark on their products, signifying that they are compliant and can be legally sold within the European Economic Area (EEA) market; essentially, it ensures a product is safe for consumers and adheres to EU regulations before being sold there.

We coordinate and provide engineering support to certified third-party test labs that perform regulatory and environmental testing, saving you time and ensuring your product’s market readiness.
